How to Initiate Return

You are always welcome to exchange or refund any items purchased online within 3 days of receiving your product, provided the product is faulty or different from what was ordered originally.

  1. To begin the process of returning the product Open the o2 Seven Traders website and click on the WhatsApp contact icon or you can directly contact our team on WhatsApp number 0312-4586659.
      • Please provide all the details about your complaint.
      • Send complete unboxing videos of your product received.
      • Also, send a complete video of the problem to our team.
  2. Shortly, after inspecting the videos, our team will give you a resolution regarding your claim.
  3. Depending upon the resolution, afterward, the team would guide you through the complete return process (Eg, the team would give you the consignment number details and further steps).
  4. Make sure to bring all packaging materials included in your original purchase, all items in the box that are intact and undamaged.
  5. You don’t have to pay logistic charges on team-endorsed returns.
  6. Make sure to record a video of yourself packaging and Afterward handing over the product to Couriers.
  7. Keep a record of the customer’s copy of the consignment file for any future claims.
  8. To ensure that the product is handled promptly and efficiently by our team, you are requested to dispatch the product within 3 days of receiving it and continue with your return request. We appreciate your cooperation with this important process.
Please Note:

Please note that no refund/replacement shall be settled unless the returned items are correctly shipped with all the items placed and the box undamaged.

Condition for Returns

  1. You only have 3 days after the delivery to make a Return/Refund and Exchange request to our team.
  2. Make a video of the product while unboxing because it’s necessary for return which is also mentioned on the product packaging.
  3. The product must be unused, unwashed, and without any flaws.
  4. The product must include the original tags, user manuals, warranty cards, freebies, invoices, and complete accessories.
  5. The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer’s packaging/box. If the product was delivered in o2Seven packaging/box, the same packaging/box should be returned. Do not put tape or stickers directly on the manufacturer’s packaging/box.
