Refund policy
The refund process is initiated once the customer submits the Refund form to the team. The Refund form is shared with our refund team after thoroughly investigating the issue you will get a refund.
We typically process returns within 3-5 business days after the courier delivers the item to our Returns Centre. When we complete processing your return, our team would immediately issue a refund on the bank account or any other microfinances banking wallet which you have mentioned to our team.
Order cancellation:
In case of order cancellation by the Customer after order Confirmation, The Processing fee will not be refunded. In case of canceling an order made through pre-payment / digital payment, the money will be refunded to a debit card, credit card, or internet banking account (whichever mode you have used for payment); as per the policy of the merchant. The refund amount takes 15 to 20 working days to reflect in customer accounts
Condition for Returns
- You only have 3 days after the delivery to make a Return/Refund and Exchange request to our team.
- Make a video of the product while unboxing because it’s necessary for return which is also mentioned on the product packaging.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and without any flaws.
- The product must include the original tags, user manuals, warranty cards, freebies, invoices, and complete accessories.
- The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer’s packaging/box. If the product was delivered in o2Seven packaging/box, the same packaging/box should be returned. Do not put tape or stickers directly on the manufacturer’s packaging/box.
