Return Policy
For all products, the returns/replacement policy provided on the product page shall prevail over the general returns policy.
The product can be returned or exchanged in the following cases only:
- For electronic appliances & related issues after usage or after the return policy period, please check if the product is covered under the o2seven warranty or product brand warranty.
- The product is different from what was mentioned on the website.
- If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete at the time of delivery, please Raise a return request by contacting our team on WhatsApp number 0312-4586659 How to raise a return request?
Please Note:
Return requests must be raised within 3 days for all items from the date of delivery.
All o2 Seven items are 100% Authentic and are gone under high-quality check
Valid reasons to return Item:
- The product is different from what was mentioned on the website.
- A defective/damaged product has been received.
Condition for Returns
- You only have 3 days after the delivery to make a Return/Refund and Exchange request to our team.
- Make a video of the product while unboxing because it’s necessary for return which is also mentioned on the product packaging.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and without any flaws.
- The product must include the original tags, user manuals, warranty cards, freebies, invoices, and complete accessories.
- The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer’s packaging/box. If the product was delivered in o2Seven packaging/box, the same packaging/box should be returned. Do not put tape or stickers directly on the manufacturer’s packaging/box.
